2007 Riesling - Cat’s Hollow Vineyard Inaugural Vintage - 21 cases
$15.00/bottle
From the 'if it feels good, do it' school of vineyard management. These grapes come from
a micro-vineyard in the Sleepy Hollow area, just outside and above Wenatchee WA. Excellent vineyard
design for sun and wind management ensured that these Riesling grapes came to maturation
at the perfect time. Keep an eye out, as we have lots of bottled surprises coming from Cat's Hollow
in the coming years.
We are pleased to present the inaugural vintage of
this positively fresh, pale straw colored off-dry
riesling. A honeyed aroma with scents of citrus,
pear and peaches yield to complex fruit flavors followed
by a long and persistent finish.
On the hottest of
summer days pour a glass over ice and squeeze a lime over it! (Yes, we are serious)

2007 Chardonnay (NOaked) - 117 cases
$10.00/bottle
No Oak, no problem! These Chardonnay grapes were raised on the banks of the Columbia River near
Quincy, WA. We wanted a light, refreshing fruit forward wine that really stood out from
anything else. It was easy, as soon as the grapes were crushed we could tell that this wine
had the perfect character and enough balance to stand on it's own. So, we let it hibernate over
the long plateau winter, bottled it and released to the eager wine public!
True fresh apple, pear and
lime aromas lead this fruit dominated un-oaked
Chardonnay. The tongue experience is
a wine that has a fresh, clean expression
with a mouth-watering crisp finish. Enjoy
this affordable, easy-drinking cold fermented
wine.
Distinctively, a 'Columbia Valley' Chardonnay experience!!

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - 94 cases
$10.00/bottle
Brought to life on the banks of the Columbia River near Quincy, WA in early 2006.
The debate remains on how much the historic 2006 musical lineup at the nearby
Gorge Amphitheater influenced the outcome of this Cab. Our opinion: a terroir that
combines the best of Columbia River soil and weekly sound showers from Death Cab, Dave Matthews, NIN,
Bouncing Souls and back to back Pearl Jam concerts... how can this possibly do anything
but make the grapes extremely happy?
Opulent red garnet
color reveals dark fruit aromas. Rich in deep
ripe fruit flavor toned down with soft, rich
tannins, ending in a velvety finish. The vines
chosen provide intensity of flavor making an
easy going wine that is very friendly!
